Glaston delivers 3 Jumbo series large tempering furnace production lines to Saudi Mana Glass

At the end of 2025, glass processing equipment giant Glaston officially signed a contract with Manna Glass in Saudi Arabia to supply three Jumbo series ultra large plate tempering production lines. Mana Glass introduced its first Jumbo series production line in 2022, and the three new production lines are scheduled to be delivered in the second to fourth quarters of 2026.

Mannar Glass was founded in 1952 and is headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It focuses on high-end glass deep processing and currently operates six tempered glass production lines equipped with Glaston technology. Both parties have established a deep cooperative relationship for more than 20 years, jointly creating high-quality glass products with top-notch equipment and technology.

In recent years, the global demand for oversized glass has continued to rise. After Manner Glass introduced the first Jumbo series tempering production line in 2022, it will purchase three additional high configuration production lines, all equipped with Chinook convection heating system and Glaston intelligent auto drive system. The new production lines will be deployed in three production bases, Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.

The Glaston Jumbo series flat tempered glass production line, with Chinook forced convection heating system and precise temperature control technology, achieves stable production with high efficiency, low energy consumption, and high production capacity, ensuring the performance of high-end glass products. After being equipped with intelligent autonomous driving function, the tempering process is fully automated - the system can automatically match all process parameters based on the position of the glass in the production line, and the operator only needs to monitor the entire process; High loading efficiency combined with automated processes further reduces the processing energy consumption per square meter of glass.
